Do you need a Pool Compliance certificate for your pool?
Don't wait until until the last minute to ensure that your pool or spa is compliant.
If you are selling or leasing a residential property with a pool or spa after 29 April 2016, you will need a valid Pool Compliance Certificate or Non-Compliance Certificate to include in the Contract for Sale or Contract for Lease.
If you sell your home on or after 29 April 2016 you will need a certificate of compliance or non compliance prior to your home being listed for sale.

Who We Are
SIBI are E1 Certifiers for Residential Swimming Pool Compliance.
This means we are qualified to inspect swimming pool and spa pool barriers and issue certificates of compliance, and lodge with local government, under the Swimming Pools Act 1992. AS1926.1-1986, AS1926.1-2007 & AS1926.1-2012.
This certificate must be available in order for a property to be leased or sold from April 2016.

How do I get my pool or spa certified?
Most certification inspections take between 30 and 60 minutes.
If it’s not convenient, you don’t need to be home.
Simply provide us with a description of the property, the pool’s age and safe access to the pool area and your contact details.
If your pool requires rectification work, you will receive a written report, with images of the areas requiring attention, within 24 hours, by email.
